How to request deletion
- Email order@embroideryfamily.com from the email address used for your store account.
- Use the subject Account & Social Login Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address on the account and state whether you want the full customer account deleted or only a Google/Facebook login link removed.
What we delete
Where legally and operationally permitted, we delete or anonymize customer profile information and remove linked provider identifiers stored for Google or Facebook sign-in. We do not receive your provider password.
Records we may retain
Transaction, licensing, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, and security records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements even after account deletion. These records are restricted to the purpose for which retention is required.
Timing
We will verify the request and process eligible deletion as reasonably practical. We may contact you if additional verification is needed to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
