Is this a physical patch?
No. Products are digital machine embroidery files. Nothing is shipped. You need a computerized embroidery machine and a way to transfer a supported file format.
Where do I get my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, open My Account → Downloads. Your completed orders and secure download buttons remain available in your account.
How do I know which format to use?
Check your embroidery machine manual. Common examples include PES for many Brother/Baby Lock machines, JEF for Janome, VP3 for many Pfaff/Husqvarna machines and DST for many commercial machines.
Will the design fit my hoop?
Compare the exact design width and height with your machine's usable embroidery field. The product page includes dimensions in inches and millimetres plus a hoop compatibility checker.
Can I request a resize or another format?
Use the contact page before purchase. Availability depends on the source design and the amount of resizing required.
What does VIP include?
VIP access depends on the active plan configured by the store. The VIP page shows the current price, duration, download allowance and included benefits before checkout.
Can I sell finished embroidered items?
Use is governed by the product and store license. Digital files may not be redistributed, shared or resold. Review the license page before commercial use.
