1. Agreement
By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, or starting a membership, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, Delivery, Cancellation, and License policies. Do not complete a purchase if you do not agree.
2. Digital products
The store primarily sells downloadable machine-embroidery files and related digital materials. No physical product is shipped unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Product images may include digital previews or stitch-out examples. Customers must review the listed formats, dimensions, hoop recommendations, and included files before ordering.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly update your email if it changes. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require verification or restrict access when fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or security risks are reasonably suspected.
4. Prices, currency, and payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless the page clearly states otherwise. The final amount is shown before payment. Promotions and coupons may have conditions and expiration dates. Payments are processed by the available provider, such as Stripe or PayPal. Payment-provider terms and exchange rates may also apply.
5. Delivery
Eligible digital files are normally delivered after successful payment confirmation through the order-success page, account downloads, or email. Delivery timing and troubleshooting are described in the Digital Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds, returns, and cancellations
Digital products generally cannot be physically returned. Refund eligibility and technical-resolution steps are described in the Refund & Return Policy. One-time orders and recurring memberships follow the Cancellation Policy.
7. Memberships and recurring billing
Plans marked “one-time” do not renew. Plans marked “subscription” renew at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. The current price, billing interval, duration, and renewal status are displayed before checkout. Subscription management may be provided through Stripe’s customer portal.
8. License and intellectual property
Buying or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or digital file. Use is governed by the Design License. Unless that license expressly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, copy into another digital collection, or provide the original file to third parties.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for using compatible embroidery software and machines, backing up downloads, testing designs appropriately, and choosing suitable thread, needle, stabilizer, fabric, tension, and machine settings. Resizing or editing a design can change stitch quality and may require professional redigitizing.
10. Acceptable website use
You may not attack the website, bypass access controls, scrape protected downloads, misuse APIs, automate abusive requests, upload malware, impersonate another person, interfere with checkout, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
11. Reviews and submitted content
Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us permission to store, display, and process it as needed to provide the requested feature, moderate the website, or show a review you chose to publish.
12. Availability and changes
We may update products, prices, features, providers, or these terms. Temporary maintenance and third-party outages may occur. We may discontinue content, but completed orders and applicable legal obligations will be handled reasonably.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Digital files and website features are provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees that every file will suit every machine, material, or project. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, infringement, abusive disputes, unauthorized redistribution, or security threats. Provisions concerning payment, license restrictions, intellectual property, disputes, and liability survive termination where appropriate.
15. Contact
Questions about an order or these terms can be submitted through the contact page.
