Embroidery Design License

What you may do

Unless a product states otherwise, the purchaser may stitch the design for personal projects and may sell a reasonable quantity of physical embroidered items made by the purchaser or their business.

What you may not do

You may not sell, share, copy, upload, email or redistribute the digital embroidery files, whether original, converted, edited, resized or included in another digital collection. You may not claim the digitized file as your own work.

Commercial production

Large-scale manufacturing, print-on-demand file distribution, sublicensing or use by multiple unrelated businesses requires written permission or an appropriate extended license where offered.

Logos and trademarks

The buyer is responsible for having permission to use names, logos, characters or trademarks contained in a design. Purchasing a file does not transfer rights owned by third parties.
